As a Social Media consultant I look at your agenda and how you want to communicate it; but it requires more than a simple examination of your communication strategy. I analyze your organization’s Corporate Culture, industry, customers’ and stakeholders’ characteristics as well as media habits. I also examine your motivation for participating in Social Media. The outcome: a Social Media strategy that will cover internal as well as external use of Web 2.0 tools and platforms.

The process I go through is based on quantitative and qualitative research. Why? Because this ensures that the advice I give is sound and tailored to your organization. I have developed the grid - a detailed analysis tool to find out exactly what is needed in order to create the right strategy for any agenda and/or organization. The nature of Social Media implies that I am constantly researching in order to keep the grid up to scratch.
